Scores and savings figures are starting points for a conversation, not guarantees of results. Your numbers depend on your business, and we will say so again before any paid work begins.
Paid work
Paid engagements (Quick Win, Opportunity Audit, Pilot Builds, Managed Operations) are governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it. Prices published on this site are the prices in effect when you sign; an engagement's price does not change after signing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the free tools to test other people's systems, submit other people's confidential information, or probe the tools for anything but their stated purpose. If you would not want it done with your business data, do not do it with someone else's.
Liability
The free tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the free tools is limited to the amount you paid to use them, which is zero. Liability for paid work is set by its agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
