LooseEnds AI is a small firm in Chicago, Illinois. This page says what we collect when you use looseendsai.com, the AI Opportunity Worksheet, the chat on this site, and our app in ChatGPT or Claude, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type. If you use the worksheet, the chat, or the app, we receive the answers and messages you provide: your business type, the workflows you describe, volumes, and anything else you choose to share.
- What you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep the email and your address so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
How we use it
- To run the worksheet, chat, and app, and to produce your results.
- To reply to you and, if you ask us to, to follow up about your results.
- In aggregate and anonymized form, to understand which workflows businesses ask about most. Published aggregates never identify you or your business.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
- We never use your business details to train public AI models. The chat and app run on providers' APIs under terms that exclude training on API data.
Retention and your choices
Worksheet, chat, and app conversations are retained for up to 12 months so we can answer follow-ups and improve the scoring, then deleted or anonymized. Email is kept while we are in conversation with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected], and we will do it and confirm.
